Below are some tips to help the planet stay clean and green on your next camping trip.

-Always use organic bug repellent like Avon’s Skin So Soft

-Use biodegradable soap products for cleaning dishes and yourself

-Use canvas or paper bags to pack your stuff for the trip

-Do not use disposable plates and silverware

-Buy your food locally when you get to your campsite- roadside produce is just better anyway

-Clean up any liquid spills coming from your vehicle and dispose of properly

-Use electric motors or people powered vehicles to make short runs to the camp store

-Do not go off the pathways and designated areas

-Food is garbage do not let it for the wildlife- it is not good for their diets  and it throws off the natural balance

-Do not damge trees or scrubs by driving nails or spikes into them

- When you leave your site leave it spotless-Pick up all your trash
